The heart of our nutrition program beats in the kitchen. We provide healthy, nourishing meals to our children. These meals include individualized textures (puree, junior, house cut, etc) that are made in house by our cooks. Seasonal foods are incorporated into our menus to provide optimal nutrition and variety. St. Edmond’s Home for Children employs very talented cooks who are educated in food service standards, food safety, preparation, and nutritional guidelines. A registered dietitian provides nutritional therapy and enteral feeding plans that are individualized to address dietary needs.
